Helping you to discover the cause for your issues and supporting you to move forwards is my ultimate aim. I provide Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) to individuals, groups, schools and corporate clients.
I’m a general practitioner, clinical epidemiologist and certified clinical hypnotherapist. Over the past 3 decades I noticed the change in illnesses that my patients are presenting with.
There has been a massive increase in the prevalence of anxiety and other mental health disorders. This change in disease patterns made me try to find ways in which I could more effectively help my patients. Our thoughts drive the way we feel about ourselves, our behaviour, motivation and actions. Experiences and beliefs we acquire in our early childhood are stored in our subconscious mind. We have more than 100,000 thoughts a day and 95% of these thoughts are subconscious.
Hypnosis has an impact on our brains that can be measured scientifically. Hypnotherapy is a proven and effective method of treatment
for many issues including anxiety, low self-esteem, irritable bowel syndrome, addictions, phobias etc
ABOUT RAPID TRANSFORMATIONAL THERAPY (RTT)
Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) was developed by the internationally acclaimed hypnotherapist Marisa Peer over 30 years of clinical practice. It is a new therapeutic approach which combines the beneficial aspects of Hypnotherapy, Psychotherapy, Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) and Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT).
Hypnotherapy is used as the vehicle to access the subconscious mind where we store our beliefs and experiences. Hypnosis is an entirely natural state where our minds become very focused and our peripheral awareness is reduced.
Everyone can relate to being in this state when they have driven a familiar route without remembering the journey, or when they have been engrossed with a movie or a book.
